How to request a refund

Returns

Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. Shipping charges already paid are not refunded, except when the order arrived damaged, incorrect, or was never delivered.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Subscriptions

How subscriptions work
Your Avera subscription is charged today for the amount shown in your cart, and then automatically every 30 days to the same payment method, until you cancel. Charges appear on your bank statement as AVERA.
Reminder before every renewal
We email you before each renewal, showing the amount and the billing date, so you always know what is coming.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, at no cost, with no minimum number of orders. Email averaofficial@hotmail.com with your order number and the words "cancel subscription", or call +39 333 778 8734, at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. We confirm every cancellation by email. Keep that confirmation as your proof.
Cancelling after a renewal has been charged
If a renewal has already been charged when you contact us, the cancellation applies to all future charges. To request a refund on the charge already taken, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Pausing instead of cancelling
If you would rather delay your next delivery than cancel, write to us and we will move your renewal date.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.
Incorrect address
Check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we reship it once the return arrives, and the second shipping charge applies.
Taxes and duties
Prices are in US dollars. For orders shipped within the United States there are no import duties. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide it, and the details needed to process your payment. We also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on our site.
We never see or store your full card number. Payment data is transmitted directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection.
Why we collect it, and on what legal basis
To perform our contract with you: processing and shipping your order, charging your subscription renewals, sending order confirmations and renewal reminders, and handling returns. For our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and improving our site. To comply with legal obligations: keeping tax and accounting records. Marketing emails

We sell Avera Natural Batana Hair Oil, a cosmetic hair and scalp oil for external use, supplied in single jars and in multi-jar bundles as shown at checkout. Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a scalp or skin condition, ask your doctor before use.
Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown in that currency throughout the checkout. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and displayed before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
Subscriptions and recurring charges
Some offers are subscriptions. Where that applies, the checkout states it before you pay: you are charged today for the amount shown in your cart, then the same amount automatically every 30 days to the same payment method, until you cancel. Promotions and offers

We do not offer free trials: every order is charged in full at the moment you place it, for the amount shown in your cart. Offers cannot be combined unless the checkout allows it, and we may withdraw an offer at any time without affecting orders already placed.
Payment

Payment security
