I recently purchased this Avera for the numbness in get in my feet and lower legs. It has helped me enormously. I am a retired physio whose lumbar discs were very worn. Since wearing the Avera 1) it has increased my confidence 2) I am able to walk further, previously about half a mile , and now 3miles five days a week. I totally recommend this great product.
Amazing product. Great value!!! Lightweight but effective. I can’t do manual labor without it. I even wear it around the house on days when my lower back bulging disc is acting up. Definitely worth the buy.
I really really love it. On last Saturday when I was cleaning my apartment and cooking i was able to stand up for a long long time. Then on last Friday. I was able to go downstairs. I have not did the walking but I will.
Although I have severe kyphosis after breaking my back in five places, and knowing I would never stand straight, this didn’t stop me from purchasing the Avera. Before I purchase the Avera I was in absolutely agony taking up to 8 painkillers a day ,since purchase this wrap which is coming come up a month now I have had no pain just a dull ache I have not taken any painkillers at all I absolutely love this it has been a god send well worth the money
I have been using this for a couple of years now and highly recommend it. I always wear it when I go out of the house (and it's easy to wear a shirt over it if you want) and for things like doing the dishes or other work in the house that requires standing.
It supports my back. Without it, it would be impossible for me to have the mobility that I have.
My GP here in the UK, once told me to "never wear any type of support". When I asked him "why", he replied, "because you'll get used to it" . I'm American, but have lived in the UK for 26 years. I got this for my daughter as she suffers with back pain. She has bulging discs and also a dessicated spine. She finds it hard to walk without a stick but since she has started using Avera. She has found her pain has eased and finds it easier to do daily chores around the house. She feels that she has a better quality of life since wearing the Avera. She would recommend the Avera to anybody that suffers with pain.

The day after my lumbar wrap arrived, I wore it all day. I noticed that I wasn’t having to sit down as often. The next day, I put it on, and I was having sit down like I have been doing due to pain in my lower back…. I finally figured out that I failed to tighten the lumbar wrap as I should have! I’m wearing it every day and I’m able to do more of what I enjoy doing! I will recommend the Avera to anyone that is going through the same thing that I am! I LOVE my wrap! ❤️

I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis three years ago and had decompression surgery. However, walking more than a few yards is painful and going round a supermarket is agony. I can’t even stand still for several minutes without pain. I have worn the Avera for several days and have been in less pain than previously. I got a lift to my local supermarket and found walking around much easier. I have high hopes that things will improve further as time goes by.

To be honest, this product has changed my life. I have been experiencing horrendous back pain for about a year and a half now. I love the wrap. I can actually wear it all day and it does not bother me. I even let my husband try it and he wants me to order him one, which I will, but I want to get some pictures to send to get the discount. I am glad someone is looking out for the big people.
I love my belt it gives me alot of support,around my hip and back as I have issues with both. The only thing I'm not happy with is the way the belt closes. I've only been wearing it for a little over a week and it doesn't want to stay shut ,I think you really need to replace the end of the belt with a better Velcro, which is what I'll have to do now.
It has got me up and able to.mop better . Before I just couldnt do it. I was in too much pain. With the Avera I am able to stand longer, i have been able to walk around Walmart for close to 4 hours christmas shopping. It has been years since I was able to do that.. I wore the Avera while gardening today and I would usually be in a lot of pain, as I have to bend from standing, due to not being able to get down on the ground. I don't feel much of a difference
It does give me some support but likes to ride up when sitting and requires re adjusting. My daugther has been helping me with putting it on and take it off. The velcro is very strong witch is good thing but I struggle with removing it on my own.
Good when standing a long time
I'm still getting used to using it, but I have been wearing it over my clothes. I have found it feels good on my back but it makes my skin so itchy. I have tried wearing it under my clothes but that itchy to. Once I can do something about the itch I'll be very happy.

My husband really likes this wrap - stability to stay wrapped is great.
The wrap works fine after you find the correct placement. If you put it next to your skin it is very itchy. If the weather is mid summer hot and humid you perspire under it. Cannot wear it for more than 2 hours at a time otherwise it works well.
It gives me that support and helps me get though my day but I still have to use crutches to get my poacher to walk

I'm a farmer and have issues with one knee and my back. I've been wearing it a few days. I like how snug it feels when you pull the green wrap around me. I find it keeps my hips better aligned when I walk, almost like it's pushing me with every step. It's a very well made product. The velcro on this thing is astounding. I can adjust the green wrap to my liking. Great purchase!!

This wrap definitely helps me walk better as it holds my back in place. The only thing is I wish it came in a neutral lighter color to wear under lighter colored clothing.
